The UK Debline is a privately run business that charges a fee for their services. This is because we do not receive funding from the government nor do we act as a charity that receives commissions from your creditors (your lenders)

Please do not confuse us with the National Debtline.

The aim of the UK Debline is to work for you and not for your lenders.

Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who receive ongoing training in all aspects of debt solutions and debt matters. They are all 100% committed to offering the best possible advice. This means that all our clients are offered the appropriate advice for their particular situation.

We are different in the fact that we will send an advisor to meet you at your convenience and they will complete a full appraisal of your situation. This enables them to see the complete picture which in turn will allow them to offer the appropriate course of action best suited to YOU.

Our telephone advisors are available from 9am - 9pm to answer any debt related questions or advise on all debt matters. ALL of this advice is completely FREE of charge. A fee is only charged if the appropriate solution we recommend for your circumstances is handled by ourselves. We will inform you what the fee is for and details of all work we will carry out on your behalf. We will do this before we commence any work on your behalf. We will also review the solution recommended to make sure that if your circumstance change, that the appropriate advice is offered.
